Vickie is driven by being an advocate for her clients. Understanding how exciting and daunting the Real Estate process can be at times, she strives to create an exceptional experience. During her 13-year career, she spent 7 years as the Relocation Manager for Coldwell Banker and was named the Number one relocation agent in Arizona. Today, the key to her success is to provide top-quality service experience, skilled negotiation, and outstanding market knowledge. Areas of expertise include Historic District Homes – Urban Living – Central and Downtown Phoenix.
Working with North &Co has given her more tools to stay current, front and center, and well-connected in an ever-changing local and global community. Beyond being an agent, Vickie spends her free time with her husband Vernon sharing their love for historic preservation working on their own charming nearly 100-year-old Tudor revival they share with two sweet dogs. They love nothing more than cooking up a storm from their own garden and making time to pursue their shared passion for travel.
Dana Zazueta
Dana has been in the real estate world for 22 years, spending her first 12 years as an Operations Manager for mortgage companies. After starting a family, she felt the need for a more flexible schedule and took the leap into residential real estate, eventually co-owning a small brokerage and interior design center. Dana finds her success is in caring for and nurturing life’s most important investments.
With Dana’s additional experience in social media marketing combined with her background in mortgage and design, she brings a unique perspective and knowledge to her real estate transactions. From keeping the real estate process organized and flowing, to staging and marketing homes, she helps her clients achieve their real estate goals. She has also built a large network of professionals in all areas of real estate, mortgage, renovation, and design whom she can call friends.
After moving from Tucson to Phoenix, Dana fell in love with the city. She brought her first home in the beautiful F.Q. Story Historic District and volunteered to help coordinate their annual home tour for many years. Dana and her family now reside in North Central Phoenix – another wonderful neighborhood.
Dana is a U of A graduate married to an ASU graduate (which has sharpened her already keen negotiation and peace keeping skills). Outside of real estate, she is obsessing over home design and organization, renovation, gardening, and loves hanging out with her husband and their seriously amazing 12-year-old son.
